Job Description
Precision Plumbing Projects is seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to accurately estimate project costs.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for plumbing projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers and suppliers
- Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required
License/Certification
- Plumbing License preferred
- Certified Plumbing Design (CPD) certification a plus

Office located in downtown Denver, occasional site visits required
